Lets make it simple: There are Extra NPCs at Dalbow Watering Hole / Shop N Go and Drunken Sailor Blood Samples at Cooper town TRAVEL SHACK (3 blood samples) as you enter the shack, 1. Go to the Big Door left side, Kill zombies, blood is by the hallway 2. Go up, 1st Floor      Enter Door 1 (small)  which is at the Right side of the wall, kill zombie 3. then, Enter Door 2 (small) also at the Right side, bloods in white door      enter door kill zombies at Cooper town APARTMENTS (Find Nicola Quest) simply go to Door 2 (Right side) then Door 2 (left side) go to the very last door in the room
